Parts will be sent electronically within 7 days.

We are not able to change an invoice (receipt) after a transaction has already processed. If you have any concerns please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Policy:

Please note that all orders for hard copy music scores will be fulfilled as physical shipments only. In the event of shipping delays, we do not provide digital (PDF) scores as replacements. We do not send PDF scores, even if a shipment is delayed or lost, so please consider ordering well in advance of when the music is required.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to USPS and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, transit delays, or high shipping volume. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. If your package is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information and contacting USPS for further assistance.
