I purchased a piece through Murphy Music Press or JWPepper and I would like to receive it sooner, can you send me PDFs if I show proof of purchase?
No, we do not send PDFs. Any outside distributer only sells hard copies of my music. Some pieces are sold directly through me (Metaphor Music Works) as hard copy scores and PDF parts. PDF scores are currently not an option for most pieces. If a PDF for a piece is offered, that would require a new order.
I am hosting an honor band and am using your music. How can I share it with the students?
If you are using a piece for an honor band, please contact Nicole directly for purchasing options (PDF parts are only available directly through her). You can fill out this form to start the process. If you don’t see the piece you want listed as an option to purchase through this site directly, please let Nicole know. We want to help make this process as easy as possible, as we know PDF parts are often easiest in an honor band situation.
How do I get permission to arrange a piece for a marching band show?

How can we set up a virtual session with you?
Q & A sessions tend to work best in this scenario and rehearsals work best when in person. You may contact Nicole about setting this up with your group.
Can I photocopy your scores?
Scores cannot be copied or digitized or duplicated in any way. If a conductor would like an additional score, an additional score must be purchased. This is copyright law.
Printing/Copying Guidelines when purchasing from Metaphor Music Works:
By purchasing a piece from Metaphor Music Works you are agreeing to the following policies:
1. Parts: Parts are delivered as PDF. Directors are granted permission to print paper parts as necessary to meet the performance needs of the ensemble. These electronic files may not be shared. Duplicating these files and/or distributing parts to other ensembles/institutions/conductors is strictly prohibited.
2. Scores: Scores are delivered as hard copy only. Scores may not be photocopied or reproduced in any way. Conductors are entitled to performances of the work purchased as long as those performances are by the conductor’s primary ensemble/school. If a conductor wishes to use a piece for an outside performance (ex. Honor Bands), that group will need to purchase a separate set.
Shipping Policy:
Please note that all orders for hard copy music scores will be fulfilled as physical shipments only. In the event of shipping delays, we do not provide digital (PDF) scores as replacements. We do not send PDF scores, even if a shipment is delayed or lost, so please consider ordering well in advance of when the music is required.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to USPS and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, transit delays, or high shipping volume. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. If your package is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information and contacting USPS for further assistance.
